FOURVED trunnion mounted ball valves are engineered for demanding high-pressure and large-diameter applications. Featuring API 6D design with built-in cavity pressure relief, anti-static device, and double block and bleed capability. Available in sizes 2″ to 48″ with pressure classes 150-2500, these valves offer forged or cast construction options with full in-house weld overlay capabilities.
Designed for critical pipeline and process applications, FOURVED trunnion mounted ball valves provide exceptional reliability in high-pressure systems. The trunnion design supports the ball at both ends, reducing operating torque and extending seat life. Built-in cavity relief mechanisms prevent pressure locking, while anti-static devices ensure safe operation with flammable media.
These valves feature single or double piston effect seats, providing bidirectional sealing capability. Available in 2-piece or 3-piece bolted construction with full bore or reduced bore options. Our in-house cladding facility provides weld overlay on seat pockets and body cavities for enhanced erosion resistance.
Fire-safe certified per API 607 and API 6FA, these valves maintain sealing integrity during fire emergencies. They support various actuation methods and include standard features like emergency sealant injection, drain, and vent connections.
