2. Order Cancellation by Customer
✅ Cancellation Allowed:
Orders can be cancelled only if:
The order has not been shipped, and
Cancellation request is raised within the allowed time window

❌ Cancellation NOT Allowed If:
Order has already been dispatched
Product is out for delivery
Product is custom-made or made-to-order
Product is non-returnable
Bulk or wholesale order is placed
Once shipped, order cancellation is strictly not allowed.
