  1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Fourved.com (“Platform”).
Fourved operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers (“Vendors”).

All returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to the terms mentioned below and are primarily managed by the Vendor.

  1. Nature of Platform

Fourved acts only as a technology facilitator and does not:

  • Manufacture products
  • Own inventory (unless clearly stated)
  • Control seller-specific return decisions

All return/refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Vendor, in accordance with their policies and applicable law.

  1. Eligibility for Return

A product may be eligible for return only if:

✔ Delivered product is damaged
✔ Wrong item received
✔ Manufacturing defect (verified)
✔ Product missing parts
✔ Item received not as described

⚠️ Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Electrical items once installed
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  1. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at admin@fourved.com
  2. Mention:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or video proof
  3. Request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery (as per product policy)

Requests submitted after the allowed period will not be accepted.

  1. Return Approval

✔ Return requests are reviewed by the Vendor
✔ Approval or rejection is at Vendor’s discretion
✔ Fourved reserves the right to reject false or invalid claims

Once approved:

  • Pickup may be arranged OR
  • Customer may be asked to self-ship the product
  1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

✔ Returned product is received
✔ Quality inspection is completed
✔ Vendor approval is granted

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Wallet (if applicable)

Refund Timeline:

⏱ 7–10 business days after approval

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be:
    • Paid by buyer, or
    • Deducted from refund
      (depending on seller policy)
  1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Allowed before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Vendor Rights:

Vendors reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious activity
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Electrical & electronic items once used
  • Industrial & hardware tools after installation
  • Custom-made or bulk orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  1. Limitation of Liability

Fourved shall not be liable for:

  • Product quality issues
  • Seller warranty claims
  • Installation or usage issues
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

  1. Fraud Prevention

Any misuse of return/refund policy including:

  • False claims
  • Repeated returns
  • Damaged returns

May result in:

❌ Order cancellation
❌ Legal action

  1. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts only.
